Vintage Gillinder & Sons Set of (4) Maple Leaf Vaseline Glass 3-Toed Sauce Dish EAPG 

These Vaseline colored glass dishes which feature a maple leave on a tree stem were first manufactured in 1885. The stem is the handle of the dish. The intricate design and coloring make these pieces highly collectible. They have a sensational glow under a blacklight!

This is for a set of (4) sauce dishes. They measure 5 1/2" x 5 1/8", 1 1/2" tall and weigh 4.2 ounces. The seam on the underside is rough to the touch. I believe this is from the factory, as every piece I've seen has the same issue. I tried to show it as best as possible. There are air bubbles in some of the pieces (again from the factory). I have another set of (4) dishes which have a couple chips and a crack, they are listed separately. 

Almost every item I sell is used and may have some wear from age. I try my best to accurately describe the item. This piece is both functional and ornamental.
